Twin Oaks Housing Co-operative was established in November 1985 and comprises of 32 units. There are 8 apartment units and 24 townhouse units of which 6 have garage spaces. There are a variety of unit sizes from 1 bedroom apartments to 4 bedroom townhouses. Twin Oaks was originally established with the mandate to provide accommodation for low to moderate income families and individuals in the Saanich area.

The members of the co-op Board of Directors and committees having been thoughtfully and diligently managing Twin Oaks. In the last 3 years the Board has implemented and updated the Rules and Occupancy Agreement, Policies, Procedures and Resources of Twin Oaks Co-op. We seek future members who wish to contribute their ideas, talents and time to maintaining and supporting our co-op community.
