Apply For Membership

Please download our application form and instructions and submit all required material to twinoaksmembership@gmail.com.

 

If there are no units currently available your application will be kept on file for 12 months. You are expected to renew your application annually if you wish to keep your application on file.

 

When a suitable unit becomes available you will be contacted by the membership committee to setup an interview at your home with 2 members of the co-op. Your financial eligibility will be evaluated at that time by our bookkeeper and all financial documents will be kept confidential.
