What's Expected of Members

At Twin Oaks Co-op members are expected to attend all Annual General Meetings, the Annual Budget Meeting and any other special meetings called for the general membership.  Members are committing to being involved in this community, supporting our neighbours and engaging in how the co-op runs.  Members may participate in a variety of ways by volunteering on committees such as the Social committee, the Membership Committee or the Maintenance. Members may also be elected to the Board of Directors for a 2-4 year term.  Members are also asked to help with specific projects, co-ordinating events and attending educational workshops on co-operative housing.
